 Medicaid Personal Care Services

Personal Care (PC) services are available to assist an eligible member to perform activities of daily living (ADL​) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) in the member’s home, place of employment or community.  To be eligible, an applicant must have an eligible West Virginia Medicaid card then meet the program criteria for medical eligibility.

The Medicaid Personal Care Program is an in-home care program. Trained direct care staff come to your home to assist you with your personal needs.

​

The program provides in-home assistance with activities of daily living and other areas of personal need to help you stay independent in your home. 

​

Personal Care services include assistance with:

​

  • Personal Hygiene Tasks Such As Bathing & Grooming

  • Dressing

  • Feeding

  • Nutrition

  • Mobility

  • Environmental Support (Light Housekeeping)

  • Health-Related Tasks

  • Other Personal Care Needs

​

CSI is an approved provider of Personal Care services in Kanawha county.
