CSI provides billing processing for Family Person-Centered Support (FPCS) and Respite services through the West Virginia I/DD Waiver Program.

No complicated billing process to navigate on your own. CSI providers can enter their billing electronically using our easy-to-use billing forms from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Billing can be completed at home or wherever it is most convenient for you.
Once your billing is submitted, CSI takes it from there. Our experienced staff reviews and processes your billing and is available to help when questions or problems arise.
