Respond by email. 2. Respond in writing. 3. Call the Bureau for Medical Services. 4. Attend the Public Hearing on Dec. 15, 2014 from 1-3 pm at the Bureau of Senior Services in Charleston, WV. This is NOT a draft of the upcoming waiver manual. Per the Bureau for Medical Services (BMS): "Through this new rule, CMS intends to ensure that individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services through Medicaid waivers have full access to integrated, community living including receiving services in the most integrated setting possible." The WVDHHR Bureau for Medical Services has posted the 1915(c) renewal application for the Intellectual/Developmental Disability Waiver at: http://www.dhhr.wv.gov/bms/hcbs/IDD/Pages/default.aspx[dhhr.wv.gov] for a 30 day public comment period ending 4/22/15.
